The Building Inspector is responsible for reviewing and ensuring that all buildings and structures within the town meet building codes.  Other duties may include approving building plans and monitoring construction sites to ensure compliance. In addition, the Building Inspector is responsible for inspecting plumbing, electrical and other systems to ensure that they meet building code regulations.
